Lovely to have you here…here’s a little bit about us:
I’m Roisín Pelan from Lancashire, UK. I run http://www.fightypants.com, a small business that I love! I have a husband, Michael, and we have two children, Ivy (10) and Bill (5). We love the great outdoors.
I’m living (thriving) with secondary breast cancer, which was diagnosed when I was pregnant with Ivy and then returned when she was three. If nothing else, cancer has shown me how much I want to LIVE my life and not just exist in it.
I created a ‘Living List,’ which is a list of things I want to do in this wonderful life. One of them was to have a campervan, and another was to road trip through the south of France. We have recently ticked both off!
Our blog will show others the thrill of being alive and hopefully inspire whoever stumbles upon us to have HOPE, to embrace the great outdoors, and to take steps to make their own dreams come true, no matter what challenges they face 🩷
You’ll find stories from our travels, reviews of the places we visit, and insights into how we make the most of every day.
There’s so much more to discover and experience, and I’m excited for what’s to come 🩷 (Also pretty scared at times that I won’t get to do it all, but I usually kick that thought to the kerrrrb.)
